The solution is consistency! You don’t see results if you diet and go to the gym for one day. But the long-term results come from consistency and scheduled routines. Similarly, we found a simple power wash and general touch-ups twice annually, keeps a building looking its best without having mildew build-up, efflorescence streaks, and cobwebs in every corner.
Subsequently, due to ongoing paint maintenance, when a building is ready for another repaint, the cost of preparation and repairs are so minimal that a repaint should cost 20-30% less than the previous repaint*.
